Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns for store credit.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Be free from makeup, deodorant, animal hair, or odors (including cigarette smoke, perfume, or fabric fresheners)
  • Include original packaging (or tags, if applicable)

Not eligible for return:

  • Non-clothing products
  • Swimwear + Bodysuits
  • Discounted, sale, or clearance items
  • Gift Cards
  • Affiliate Orders

RETURNS PROCESSING:

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Store Credit:

  • You’ll receive a store credit via email for the purchase price of your returned item(s).
  • Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
  • If you used Sezzle to pay, payments will continue until the order is fully paid, even if part of it is returned.

Exchanges:

As we frequently refresh our inventory to bring you the latest products, we are unable to accommodate exchanges at this time. We do not hold items, so we cannot guarantee that a specific item will be available by the time your return reaches our warehouse.

If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been processed and your store credit issued.

HOW TO START A RETURN:

  • Request a return within 7 days of delivery using our [Return Form] to obtain a Return Authorization #.

Ship the item(s) back at your expense using the carrier of your choice.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. If you notice any damage, submit a claim within 7 days of delivery using our [Damage Claim Form].

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed to be eligible for a replacement. Claims submitted after 7 days or for items that don’t meet these conditions cannot be processed.
