Return Policy

We are confident you will love your purchase, however we realize that sometimes sizing doesn't always work out. We currently allow returns for store credit (minus shipping and a 7% restocking fee).

Return Requirements

All returned items must still have the tags attached and/or be in their original packaging. Items must not be worn, or washed, and must be free from make-up, deodorant stains, animal hair, cigarette smoke odor (if anyone in your household smokes, we can NOT accept the items back), or any other odor.

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Drinkware
  • Jewelry + Accessories
  • Swimwear and Bodysuits
  • Discounted/Sale/Clearance Products
  • Gift Cards
  • Affiliate Orders (this includes personal orders, kits, and inventory)

Returns are limited to 6 items per customer every 6 months. 


Return Request Instructions:

Your return MUST be Requested within 7 days of receiving your package (date it was delivered). 

Please fill out the form here to request a return and obtain a return authorization #.

You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back at your expense via the carrier of your choice. 


Returns Processing:

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for it to be processed.

Store Credit:

You will receive an electronic gift code (store credit) for the purchase price (minus original shipping cost and a 7% restocking fee) once your return has been processed. 

The electronic gift code will be emailed to the email address we have on file for you. Gift Card is good for up to 1 year from date of issue.

Defective Product

Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received a defective product, please fill out a claim within 7 days of delivery.

If it has been longer than 7 days, tags have been removed or item has been worn or washed, it becomes ineligible for replacement.
